Packaged in a 9.4ml clear plastic squeeze tube with an angled applicator tip and a black screw top cap, ‘on-the-go’ application without a mirror couldn’t be simpler and the packaging makes it easy to see how much gloss is left in the tube.
NYC Kiss Gloss contains moisturising shea butter and a long-lasting formula, according to NYC’s website it lasts up to 5 hours on the lips. I’m not so sure about it lasting five hours, as it didn’t last that long for me, but it was moisturising and comfortable to wear and I didn’t have to touch up as frequently as some other lip glosses that I’ve tried.
I gave the darkest shade, being “B’way Berry” (#537) a try. In the tube the gloss is a vibrant raspberry colour and I was expecting a similarly dark colour on my lips but once applied, the colour is quite sheer and ends up being more of a light raspberry shade that will add a slight pop of colour to any daytime make-up look.
The Kiss Glosses come in 10 different shades and promise to “make your kisses hard to resist”! Available online and from selected retailers.
