Sukin Facial Moisturiser is paraben free, 100% vegan, not tested on animals and is suitable for all skin types. However, if you do have really dry skin, try applying a few drops of Rosehip Oil to your skin before moisturising, or add the oil to the moisturiser (in the palm of your hand) before applying it.
This lightweight lotion contains soothing ingredients like Aloe Vera, horsetail, nettle and burdock, as well as the healing properties of Rosehip, wheat germ, jojoba and avocado oils. It has a slightly unusual yet rather pleasant herbal smell, is easily and quickly absorbed and leaves the skin looking and feeling almost matte, with absolutely no greasy residue.
One small thing that didn’t fit my usual skincare checklist; I do like my daily moisturiser to contain an SPF and this one doesn’t provide any form of sun protection. Other than having to apply a separate SPF, this really is a great moisturiser and is a perfect product to use under make-up.
Available from Farmers, pharmacies and specialty stores.
